Just what I figured.

So I just went and looked at the original video that had all the Islamic Worlds balls in a twist and here are some of my thoughts on it or actually my single thought on it, the video itself is a completely inane piece of shit though I do not believe it warrants all the crap they were doing. I then looked at the date it was published July,2nd 2012 so appearently it took the entire world of Islam 2 months and 9 days to figure out that this video offended them or muhammed or whatever? The video itself was uploaded by an Egyptian Christian who fled Egypt to escape religious persecution, came to America and became a raggedy little criminal pulling internet and bank fraud and other garbage. Now fast forward a bit to the day after the second presidential debate when Candy Crowley of CNN fact checked Romney on a statement he made on when the President called the attack in Benghazi, Libya a terrorist attack well if you go to the White House web site go and look at the statement for yourself, you will find that although he did use the words terrorist attack in that statement it was not in direct reference to Benghazi. So as it turns out Mitt Romney was correct in the statement that it took President Obama some 14 days to acknowledge that the attack on the Consulate that bought about the deaths of Ambassador Stevens and the other brave men was in fact a terrorist attack, before that he had refered to the attack and the deaths as a "BUMP IN THE ROAD" on one occassion. Than when I got home from work last night I see some jackass author on CNN stating that the death of Osama Bin Laden was the end of Al Queda which no longer exists and is now just being used in name by local militia groups to gain noteriety? Really they expect people to actualy believe that crap the death of one or even several of the top leaders of any of those groups will not end them not even close they still go on every day doing their usual evil crap to the innocent people of the world. I do not believe and never have that Bin Laden was a major leader in their organization he was the money and idea man maybe but the planning was and is done by others, going back to the Presidents statement in the Rose Garden on September 12th he once again had much to say about religious tolerance why do we need to worry what they think when they have the least amount of religious tolerance of anyone on earth? I am far more inclined that all these protests and attacks were all well thought out events to happen throughout the whole region on the anniversary of what they consider their greatest triumph ever and a day that represents mourning and loss to us here in America. The Obama administration will continue to blame the video and he will continue to seek alliances with all his muslim friends and the brainwashed masses will continue to believe everything he says, well I for once agree with one small portion of one of his ads in the words of Samuel L Jackson wake the fuck up and recognize all the shit they are shoveling at you before you are so deep in it that you cant get out. A look at how things currently are.

As I listened to the first debate between President Obama and Mitt Romney than watched the debate between Vice President Biden and Paul Ryan I did reach several conclusions from them, first Joe Biden is a rude condescending jackoff who I am unsure what the DNC was thinking touting him as the V.P. candidate at all. Second the President was completely unprepared for his debate and it showed, throught he quite often touted his jobs creation having created 5 million new jobs and a half million new manufacturing jobs. He Biden and the rest of the Democrat powers that be refer back to this as often as possible, mostly to avoid discussing other issues but also because that is the one accomplishment of his since taking office that has been positive. This got me into digging up more information on this subject from a variety of sources and the results of this research are a mixed blessing and curse effect, he has as claimed during the past 3 and a half years seen nearly 5 million jobs added into a very depleted job market that much is true. However if you factor in the 2.3 million jobs that were lost in that same time frame he barely comes out ahead of Bush Jr in that department though he has had one less term at it and Bush Jr never really tried to create jobs anyway, I also discovered that 62% of all the jobs lost were within the MIDDLE CLASS 62% that is a huge number all things considered and this job loss started towards the end of Bush Jr's administration and has carried on since. I than looked into the jobs that have been created in the last 3 and a half years and another startling fact is brought forth into the fray 82% of these jobs are in the low paying minimum wage type of area which with current economic standards and practices is not enough to pay your rent or house payment and still keep all of your utilities turned on and supply food for your family. So than it is no great surprise that some 47 million or more people are receiving benefits from the Government be it SNAP or ADC or Medicaid or WIC or in a lot of cases all of the above, if the 16 to 20 dollar an hour jobs are no longer available than those who choose to take the 8 to 10 dollar an hour jobs will struggle to make ends meet and come to depend on the Government for support and other things needed to survive from day to day in this country. This is the defenition of a welfare state and that is a path that this country has started down in the past only to have it quickly ended by than President Reagan, well that ugly system has again reared up in this country unfortunately President Obama's solution thus far is to encourage people to sign up for welfare and as an added bonus they give you a free phone at the expense of the tax payers of course. I also discovered that if you are a working mother and a working father who make say 10 dollars an hour each than do not even apply as you will be denied and made to struggle most especially if you are Caucasion and in this I am not being Racist it is a staement of fact I know from personal experience on that, if one works 40 hours a week and the other works 32 hours a week your rent is 500 dollars a month and factor in the 270 dollar electric bill the 70 dollar gas bill during the summer anyway much worse in winter when the furnace is turned on. the buying of groceries for two adults and two teenage children supplying clothes for school and all else you are talking a large chunk of change. Since you have been denied any help other than Medicaid you are on your own for the rest and it is a struggle, why denied oh perhaps because you are working and according to the government make too much money for assistance, unless of course you are Black Hispanic or Asian than you have all these other hardship things factored in and receive all the benefits that you can possibly want and more. Now if you go and look at the current employment vs unemployment numbers you will find that the lowest percentage of those unemployed are Hispanic followed closely by Caucasians the highest percentage of those who are Unemployed is African Americans who have a slight lead on the Asians in this country. Now Darth Obama who keeps claiming that he will not raise taxes on the Middle Class Ever and reiterates that quite often as well forces the Not So Affordable Care Act down everyones throat, go read that piece of garbage front to back all 2400 pages(have plenty of time and advil available to do so by the way) and you will discover that he is flat out lying about tax increases on the middle class because it is designed to provide care to the poor at the expense of the Middle Class because the upper class have been exempted from it. As always everyone must decide on their own what is right for them and what they want to do as for myself I already know what needs to be done and will vote thusly. Debate Night Blues

I say this because I will be at work and will not be able to watch it live, however I have my dvr set to record it so that I can watch it later after I get home. I have been waiting for this time to arrive for a variety of reasons foremost being I know how well the President does without a teleprompter to aid him which is to say not very well, also he it seems to me is not able to give a short response to anything and that is a big part of the debates setup. I know that Mitt Romney is actualy far better prepared for the debate than is the President he is also far more experienced at them, I am more intereste to see if he can maintain his composure as I am certain that Obama will during the course of the proceedings take more than a few cheap shots also something that he is well versed at and wholly unable to go without doing. It is in Barack Obamas nature to run a dirty filth ridden campaign of lies as he wants to distract the general public away from asking him questions that he does not want to answer or even have heard in public, I would love to be the moderator at one of these events just so that I could ask him some ponted questions since he is always digging at Romney about his tax returns and such I would love to ask him since you want to ask Governor Romney what he is hiding by not releasing more tax returns than what are you hiding sir by sealing all of your college transcripts or by claiming executive privilege on the fast and furious documents. Perhaps sir you could explain why your social security number was issued in a State that you have never resided in. I am sure if someone were to ask those questions of him directly the secret service would bum rush them and haul them away somewhere, well unless there were some hookers around to distract them anyway. well I will post again tomorrow after I watch the debates and let you know my thoughts on how they did and how they conducted themselves, until than and as always. This is just REDICULOUS.

I have been watching as all these jerkoff extremist groups are attacking American Embassies throught North Africa and the Middle East all over a damn VIDEO, if Michelle Obama can say all this over a damn flag than I can say all this over a damn video. First and foremost the Government of the United States of America does not condone or subscribe nessacarily to the view point offered in this video, however being as freedom of speech is foremost amongst our rights the Goverment can also not stop people from voiceing these opinions. All these extremist ragheads are attacking our Embassies in one case killing the Ambassador and a few staff personel as well hell in Sudan they are appearently attacking any Embassy they happen upon. The attack in Libya was well conceived and carried out by heavily armed individuals, the rest seem to be a bunch of rock throwing jackoffs who elected to tear down shred and burn an American Flag at least in Egypt. Than to top all of this President Darth Obama declines to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Nedtenyahu but does meet with President Mobaric of Egypt who by the way is the leader of the fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood group. Well I for one am just getting sick to death of Darth Obama's lack of regard for allies we have had in that region for 50 plus years while meeting with his own MUSLIM BROTHERS since whan did the United States become so pro MUSLIM? I know since 2008 when the almighty Darth Obama defender of the Muslim Faith and destroyer of all real Alliances was elected. More to Follow have an errand to run ttfa.

They were confused?

I am baffled by the number of REPORTERS who are supposed to be proffesinal journalists who were completely stumped by Clint Eastwoods's speech at the RNC, it would seem that humor and sarcasm are beyond their abilities to comprehend I found it hilarious myself although I actualy got the meaning behind it. Showing Obama as an empty chair was perfect the man is vacant and has no individual thought so that was perfectly senseable, the stammering and stuttering watch any of Darth Obama's speeches where he looks away from his best friend the teleprompter for more than a few seconds you will find a barrage of stammering and stuttering until the teleprompter guy gets it reversed back to where it was so he can continue, should'nt the President of The United States be more able to think on his feet and freelance by the way? The part where he looked over and said what do you want me to tell Romney and than said No I cant tell him that besides it's physicaly impossible you are entirely out of your mind. Everybody should have gotten that one but judging by the blank expressions on the faces of both the reporters and political analyists they did not has anyone seen Jeff Dunham and Peanut? VROOOM RIGHT OVER THEIR COLLECTIVE HEADS. I would not put it past Darth Obama to tell Mitt Romney to go and perform a physicaly impossible act of self reproduction for the uneducated that means he was telling Romney to GO FUCK HIMSELF. Considering that I have watched many videos of comments made by Darth Obama when he thought that the microphones were all dead and they werent such comments regarding others have been made in the past. I am astounded that all these political anylists and reporters who are supposed to be so good and professional did not comprehend any of this, or perhaps the Darth Obama brainwashing technique has them more vacant headed than he himself is, also out of morbidly strange curiosity can anyone explain to me how Mitt Romney saying that no one has asked me to see my birth certificate is in any way RACIST as some of the LIBERAL jackoffs have claimed? I also cannot wait to see what kind of reception Darth Obama gets in North Carolina where he has alienated a large part of his base supporters due to his stance on SAME SEX MARRIAGE. There is of course his standby tactic of sending Joe Biden and his Wife due to scheduling conflicts after all that worked and was bought hook line and sinker by the NAACP. After Further INVESTIGATING

I just spent some time watching videos of these so called "DANGEROUS ANARCHIST" groups and some of the rediculous stuff they do is amazing, none of it is in any way dangerous and out of the countless videos that I watched none of them ever made reference to using IED'S or other such devices at all. Out of all of them two groups black bloc and funk the war seem to be the most prominent and from observation of them I would say they probably might try to disrupt traffic on the bridges by standing on them and blocking the road, that would work until the Police showed up with pepper spray and tear gas and handed their collective asses to them yet again. They are very good at breaking windows out of buildings at street level and turning over newspaper and other sorts of vending machines I even saw one video at the 2008 RNC where they attempted to break past the police lines and quickly retreated like a bunch of cockroaches running when the light comes on once the pepper spray came into play. I watched some other things yesterday such as the F.B.I. and the Department of Homeland Security and their warnings to authorities in Tampa, now the Mayor of Tampa said that if these groups show up and start trouble they will be taken out as the city of Tampa will not tolerate this and the Governor of Florida has said that he will send in the National Guard to maintain order if need be? WOW a possible declaration of Martial Law in Tampa to put the smackdown on a bunch of loud mouthed kids who do not know when to shut the hell up, what is the United States coming to for stuff like this to even occur? Back in the 70's and 80's the Police would just go in with tear gas pepper spray and rubber bullets flying and arrest all the dumbasses that are to stupid to turn and run suddenly that has become calling in the National Gaurd and taking people out? Has anyone considered the distinct possibility that this is fear mongering on the part of people within the government? Perhaps it is a precurser to worse events in the near future I have not heard anything out of Charlotte,N.C. or from that State Government I would hope they demonstrate more sanity then those in Florida currently are at any rate I guess only time will tell. In the interim my advice to these so called anarchists who are basicaly no more than a bunch of overgrown kids with no concept of what they are getting themselves into, stay as far away from Tampa,Florida and Charlotte, NMorth Carolina as you can because I do not think that kid gloves will be on this time in dealing with you as they have in the past. This I believe to be GARBAGE

I just saw the released tape supposedly from some anarchist group who are supposedly going to attack the Republican and Democrat National Conventions, my mindset of annalyzing everything to minute details has led me to decide that it is most likely garbage. 1. What exactly would they accomplish in these events other than causing the deaths of innocent civillians and turning public opinion against themselves? Pretty much nothing is what they would accomplish maybe if they were lucky take out a few senators or members of the house and that would still accomplish nothing overall. 2. If such a group were planning an attack of this magnitude why send a video to the F.B.I. and the Department of Homeland Security in advance? This allopws them time to really beef up security at both events which already have a high level of security to begin with so the attack would become futile thereafter. 3. Considering that the video was made with C.G.I. equipment and the vocal system that is used for Autism Patients and people who otherwise do not have the ability to speak all of that equipment is not impossible to come by but highly traceable so they would be found rather hurriedly I would think. 4.The two afore mentioned agencies have alerted all local authorities in these two cities which is going to make the police and sherriff activity far more intrusive in areas and cause more problems than it solves. Now although I am not what is considered to be a conspiracy theorist by any means I would be far more inclined to believe that this event at least would be something that would be concieved by persons within the government towards their goal of getting stricter gun control legislation passed, what they fail to understand is that these stricter gun legislations are the root problem of higher crime rates. Chicago is a prime example of this as compared to Washington D.C. in Chicago since the handgun ban has gone into effect violent crimes and homicides have spiked way up at the same time as the hand gun ban in D.C. has been lifted the same two crimes rates of occurence have decreased. This is due to the fact that people are less prone to do stupid shit when their own asses might be at stake, you take away the gun owners ability to defend themselves by taking away their legaly obtained firearms and the lawless who have obtained their weapons illegaly are allowed to run unhindered commiting whatever acts they may concieve of just some food for thought. The starting point has arrived

With the mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado over the weekend being looked into and blasted out over every media outlet in minute detail, and in the immediate aftermath a man in Maine called police and told them he was going to go and kill his former employer. State police went and intercepted this man in his car and found in the vehicle an ak 47 several handguns and a shitload of ammunition, upon searching the mans home they found several more various machine guns, assault rifles and handguns along with thousands of more rounds of ammunition. several other people were arrested at various spots showing the "Dark Knight Rises" for a variety of stupid shit one man for saying "I should go off like that guy in Colorado does anybody have a gun on them". This country is on the verge of mass hysteria at present and wacko people like that are not helping to ease the tension, think you on this however for your thought processes to mull over. The dumbass in Maine who called the state police before leaving his house how many people who are going out to cause any sort of mayhem call and report themselves in advance? ZERO thats how many this newest stupidity over the weekend has served a different purpose to get more and more people calling for gun control legislation, if you think about it in the last year there have been at least three shootings on Military Bases when is the last time something like that happened basically never. At present the United States Military is spread paper thin over in the middle east doing not much of anything other than inviting attacks from every rag head terrorist group available, why because President Obama who was going to "BRING THEM ALL HOME" has of course failed to do that as he has failed to do several other things as well. Couple that with the liberal weenies who are now overly agressively pushing for gun control legislation now to prevent more violence such as this from happening according to them at any rate. Now in 1807 Thomas Jefferson penned the Insurrection Act which was by design put into effect to limit the powers of the President to actively use federal troops within the boundaries of U.S. States and Cities, it originally had a very strict criteria for what would need to happen for this event to occur, the deployment of federal troops in this instance would be a decleration of Martial Law. President Bush Jr changed that to make the events a far larger list of circumstances that would allow this to occur, President Obama reduced the list drastically though he did leave in terrorist act or event and added the mysterious undefined statement saying "Or Other Incident". and also made it possible to bypass congressional approval as long as they are duly informed every 14 days. Now being as there is not basically anyone who will willingly surrender there guns to the government should such legislation be enacted, open fighting would break out in every State Border to border and coast to coast and virtually in every city large and small. If it came to that the President would declare Martial Law in effect and the situation would escalate from bad to far worse it would be the start of a new Civil War in this country, the bad part is there are large groups within society that want this very event to occur they have been biding there time waiting for the situation to be most favorable for them to act. That time is now as near as I can tell being with the recent Aurora event followed immediately by the dumbass in Maine, I am talking about the various Malitia Groups in this country the numbers of which have TRIPLED since the election of President Obama. These groups are in nearly every State and several different ones throughout the southwestern States including Colorado as well as many in the Pacific northwest I.E. Montana,Washington and Oregon, these groups are not comprised of simple minded idiots either they are largely composed of retired and or AWOL special Operators along with and odd mixture of intelligent nessacary civillian personnel such as doctors. None of these groups have any use for or love of the current government and have for some time been seeking a means to stop the corrupted state of democracy that currently exists, all the conditions are ripe for just such an occurence if rioting and fighting break out over gun control legislation and the other events follow I hope everyone is prepared for a long war because this would make the first Civil War look like a temper tantrum, these groups are well prepared well supplied and have been stockpiling for a very long time in the case of these events. Is it not possible just for conjecture that these recent shootings were part of a larger plan well thought out and enacted at a very precise time to start a chain of events? Who stands to gain the most or perhaps profit the most from these events? Just some food for thought for the day. A Follow up to my previous entries for your reading pleasure.

I have been conversing with my brother band sister in law lately and we have been discussing certain facet of more recent events and I looked into something several months ago but at the time did not do a post on it, now I feel a bit more compelled to do a post because some more recent events and Executive Orders make me quite nervous with what the immediate future will hold for this country. First let us begin with the insurrection act of 1807 originally penned by Thomas Jefferson during his Presidency it was designed to limit the powers of the President in respects to how he could use the deployment of trops on American soil in times of crisis and required going through congress to implement. Well that has been re written in modern times to instead give the President the Authority to implement a state of Martial Law at his discretion if he see's a situation as a threat or possible threat to national security to include natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or other incidents though other incidents is not clearly defined,national epidemics. I am sure that you get the picture it was further amended to include Guam and the Virgin Islands as States for these purposes. You can read up on this at ACT OF 1807 This is done in conjunction with already existing Executive Orders hence the reason for my post the other day on an executive order from march of this year. VIEW HERE which President Obama wrote in preperation for what at the time was thought to be a coming conflict with Iraq that never came to pass, Now more recently in May of this year this particular Executive Order was released YEMEN All of these things give me food for thought though I am still trying to grasp in what way that things going on in or even involving Yemen constitutes a serious threat to the National Security of The United States or it various interests world wide. As far as I know we have no direct dealings with Yemen and last I heard that country was a war zone between opposing forces wanting to control it's government. I do not see two warring Arab Factions in any way as a threat to our national security but appearently the President and his staff must see something different. Executive Order -- National Defense Resources Preparedness EXECUTIVE ORDER NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2061 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: PART I - PURPOSE, POLICY, AND IMPLEMENTATION Section 101. Purpose. This order delegates authorities and addresses national defense resource policies and programs under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (the "Act"). Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency. The domestic industrial and technological base is the foundation for national defense preparedness. The authorities provided in the Act shall be used to strengthen this base and to ensure it is capable of responding to the national defense needs of the United States. Sec. 103. General Functions. Executive departments and agencies (agencies) responsible for plans and programs relating to national defense (as defined in section 801(j) of this order), or for resources and services needed to support such plans and programs, shall: (a) identify requirements for the full spectrum of emergencies, including essential military and civilian demand; (b) assess on an ongoing basis the capability of the domestic industrial and technological base to satisfy requirements in peacetime and times of national emergency, specifically evaluating the availability of the most critical resource and production sources, including subcontractors and suppliers, materials, skilled labor, and professional and technical personnel; (c) be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements; (d) improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the domestic industrial base to support national defense requirements; and (e) foster cooperation between the defense and commercial sectors for research and development and for acquisition of materials, services, components, and equipment to enhance industrial base efficiency and responsiveness. Sec. 104. Implementation. (a) The National Security Council and Homeland Security Council, in conjunction with the National Economic Council, shall serve as the integrated policymaking forum for consideration and formulation of national defense resource preparedness policy and shall make recommendations to the President on the use of authorities under the Act. (b) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall: (1) advise the President on issues of national defense resource preparedness and on the use of the authorities and functions delegated by this order; (2) provide for the central coordination of the plans and programs incident to authorities and functions delegated under this order, and provide guidance to agencies assigned functions under this order, developed in consultation with such agencies; and (3) report to the President periodically concerning all program activities conducted pursuant to this order. (c) The Defense Production Act Committee, described in section 701 of this order, shall: (1) in a manner consistent with section 2(b) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2062(b), advise the President through the Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, and the Assistant to the President for Economic Policy on the effective use of the authorities under the Act; and (2) prepare and coordinate an annual report to the Congress pursuant to section 722(d) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2171(d). (d) The Secretary of Commerce, in cooperation with the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and other agencies, shall: (1) analyze potential effects of national emergencies on actual production capability, taking into account the entire production system, including shortages of resources, and develop recommended preparedness measures to strengthen capabilities for production increases in national emergencies; and (2) perform industry analyses to assess capabilities of the industrial base to support the national defense, and develop policy recommendations to improve the international competitiveness of specific domestic industries and their abilities to meet national defense program needs. PART II - PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATIONS Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads: (1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer; (2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy; (3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources; (4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation; (5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and (6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials. (b) The Secretary of each agency delegated authority under subsection (a) of this section (resource departments) shall plan for and issue regulations to prioritize and allocate resources and establish standards and procedures by which the authority shall be used to promote the national defense, under both emergency and non-emergency conditions. Each Secretary shall authorize the heads of other agencies, as appropriate, to place priority ratings on contracts and orders for materials, services, and facilities needed in support of programs approved under section 202 of this order. (c) Each resource department shall act, as necessary and appropriate, upon requests for special priorities assistance, as defined by section 801(l) of this order, in a time frame consistent with the urgency of the need at hand. In situations where there are competing program requirements for limited resources, the resource department shall consult with the Secretary who made the required determination under section 202 of this order. Such Secretary shall coordinate with and identify for the resource department which program requirements to prioritize on the basis of operational urgency. In situations involving more than one Secretary making such a required determination under section 202 of this order, the Secretaries shall coordinate with and identify for the resource department which program requirements should receive priority on the basis of operational urgency. (d) If agreement cannot be reached between two such Secretaries, then the issue shall be referred to the President through the Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor and the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. (e) The Secretary of each resource department, when necessary, shall make the finding required under section 101(b) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(b). This finding shall be submitted for the President's approval through the Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor and the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. Upon such approval, the Secretary of the resource department that made the finding may use the authority of section 101(a) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(a), to control the general distribution of any material (including applicable services) in the civilian market. Sec. 202. Determinations. Except as provided in section 201(e) of this order, the authority delegated by section 201 of this order may be used only to support programs that have been determined in writing as necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense: (a) by the Secretary of Defense with respect to military production and construction, military assistance to foreign nations, military use of civil transportation, stockpiles managed by the Department of Defense, space, and directly related activities; (b) by the Secretary of Energy with respect to energy production and construction, distribution and use, and directly related activities; and (c) by the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to all other national defense programs, including civil defense and continuity of Government. Sec. 203. Maximizing Domestic Energy Supplies. The authorities of the President under section 101(c)(1) (2) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(c)(1) (2), are delegated to the Secretary of Commerce, with the exception that the authority to make findings that materials (including equipment), services, and facilities are critical and essential, as described in section 101(c)(2)(A) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(c)(2)(A), is delegated to the Secretary of Energy. Sec. 204. Chemical and Biological Warfare. The authority of the President conferred by section 104(b) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2074(b), is delegated to the Secretary of Defense. This authority may not be further delegated by the Secretary. PART III - EXPANSION OF PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY AND SUPPLY Sec. 301. Loan Guarantees. (a) To reduce current or projected shortfalls of resources, critical technology items, or materials essential for the national defense, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense, as defined in section 801(h) of this order, is authorized pursuant to section 301 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2091, to guarantee loans by private institutions. (b) Each guaranteeing agency is designated and authorized to: (1) act as fiscal agent in the making of its own guarantee contracts and in otherwise carrying out the purposes of section 301 of the Act; and (2) contract with any Federal Reserve Bank to assist the agency in serving as fiscal agent. (c) Terms and conditions of guarantees under this authority shall be determined in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The guaranteeing agency is authorized, following such consultation, to prescribe: (1) either specifically or by maximum limits or otherwise, rates of interest, guarantee and commitment fees, and other charges which may be made in connection with such guarantee contracts; and (2) regulations governing the forms and procedures (which shall be uniform to the extent practicable) to be utilized in connection therewith. Sec. 302. Loans. To reduce current or projected shortfalls of resources, critical technology items, or materials essential for the national defense, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 302 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2092, to make loans thereunder. Terms and conditions of loans under this authority shall be determined in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Director of OMB. Sec. 303. Additional Authorities. (a) To create, maintain, protect, expand, or restore domestic industrial base capabilities essential for the national defense, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 303 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093, to make provision for purchases of, or commitments to purchase, an industrial resource or a critical technology item for Government use or resale, and to make provision for the development of production capabilities, and for the increased use of emerging technologies in security program applications, and to enable rapid transition of emerging technologies. (b) Materials acquired under section 303 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093, that exceed the needs of the programs under the Act may be transferred to the National Defense Stockpile, if, in the judgment of the Secretary of Defense as the National Defense Stockpile Manager, such transfers are in the public interest. Sec. 304. Subsidy Payments. To ensure the supply of raw or nonprocessed materials from high cost sources, or to ensure maximum production or supply in any area at stable prices of any materials in light of a temporary increase in transportation cost, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 303(c) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093(c), to make subsidy payments, after consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Director of OMB. Sec. 305. Determinations and Findings. (a) Pursuant to budget authority provided by an appropriations act in advance for credit assistance under section 301 or 302 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2091, 2092, and consistent with the Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990, as amended (FCRA), 2 U.S.C. 661 et seq., the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority to make the determinations set forth in sections 301(a)(2) and 302(b)(2) of the Act, in consultation with the Secretary making the required determination under section 202 of this order; provided, that such determinations shall be made after due consideration of the provisions of OMB Circular A 129 and the credit subsidy score for the relevant loan or loan guarantee as approved by OMB pursuant to FCRA. (b) Other than any determination by the President under section 303(a)(7)(b) of the Act, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority to make the required determinations, judgments, certifications, findings, and notifications defined under section 303 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093, in consultation with the Secretary making the required determination under section 202 of this order. Sec. 306. Strategic and Critical Materials. The Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of the Interior in consultation with the Secretary of Defense as the National Defense Stockpile Manager, are each delegated the authority of the President under section 303(a)(1)(B) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093(a)(1)(B), to encourage the exploration, development, and mining of strategic and critical materials and other materials. Sec. 307. Substitutes. The head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 303(g) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093(g), to make provision for the development of substitutes for strategic and critical materials, critical components, critical technology items, and other resources to aid the national defense. Sec. 308. Government-Owned Equipment. The head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 303(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093(e), to: (a) procure and install additional equipment, facilities, processes, or improvements to plants, factories, and other industrial facilities owned by the Federal Government and to procure and install Government owned equipment in plants, factories, or other industrial facilities owned by private persons; (b) provide for the modification or expansion of privately owned facilities, including the modification or improvement of production processes, when taking actions under sections 301, 302, or 303 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2091, 2092, 2093; and (c) sell or otherwise transfer equipment owned by the Federal Government and installed under section 303(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093(e), to the owners of such plants, factories, or other industrial facilities. Sec. 309. Defense Production Act Fund. The Secretary of Defense is designated the Defense Production Act Fund Manager, in accordance with section 304(f) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2094(f), and shall carry out the duties specified in section 304 of the Act, in consultation with the agency heads having approved, and appropriated funds for, projects under title III of the Act. Sec. 310. Critical Items. The head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 107(b)(1) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2077(b)(1), to take appropriate action to ensure that critical components, critical technology items, essential materials, and industrial resources are available from reliable sources when needed to meet defense requirements during peacetime, graduated mobilization, and national emergency. Appropriate action may include restricting contract solicitations to reliable sources, restricting contract solicitations to domestic sources (pursuant to statutory authority), stockpiling critical components, and developing substitutes for critical components or critical technology items. Sec. 311. Strengthening Domestic Capability. The head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense is delegated the authority of the President under section 107(a) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2077(a), to utilize the authority of title III of the Act or any other provision of law to provide appropriate incentives to develop, maintain, modernize, restore, and expand the productive capacities of domestic sources for critical components, critical technology items, materials, and industrial resources essential for the execution of the national security strategy of the United States. Sec. 312. Modernization of Equipment. The head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense, in accordance with section 108(b) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2078(b), may utilize the authority of title III of the Act to guarantee the purchase or lease of advance manufacturing equipment, and any related services with respect to any such equipment for purposes of the Act. In considering title III projects, the head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense shall provide a strong preference for proposals submitted by a small business supplier or subcontractor in accordance with section 108(b)(2) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2078(b)(2). PART IV - VOLUNTARY AGREEMENTS AND ADVISORY COMMITTEES Sec. 401. Delegations. The authority of the President under sections 708(c) and (d) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2158(c), (d), is delegated to the heads of agencies otherwise delegated authority under this order. The status of the use of such delegations shall be furnished to the Secretary of Homeland Security. Sec. 402. Advisory Committees. The authority of the President under section 708(d) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2158(d), and delegated in section 401 of this order (relating to establishment of advisory committees) shall be exercised only after consultation with, and in accordance with, guidelines and procedures established by the Administrator of General Services. Sec. 403. Regulations. The Secretary of Homeland Security, after approval of the Attorney General, and after consultation by the Attorney General with the Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, shall promulgate rules pursuant to section 708(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2158(e), incorporating standards and procedures by which voluntary agreements and plans of action may be developed and carried out. Such rules may be adopted by other agencies to fulfill the rulemaking requirement of section 708(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2158(e). PART V - EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL Sec. 501. National Defense Executive Reserve. (a) In accordance with section 710(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(e), there is established in the executive branch a National Defense Executive Reserve (NDER) composed of persons of recognized expertise from various segments of the private sector and from Government (except full time Federal employees) for training for employment in executive positions in the Federal Government in the event of a national defense emergency. (b) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall issue necessary guidance for the NDER program, including appropriate guidance for establishment, recruitment, training, monitoring, and activation of NDER units and shall be responsible for the overall coordination of the NDER program. The authority of the President under section 710(e) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(e), to determine periods of national defense emergency is delegated to the Secretary of Homeland Security. (c) The head of any agency may implement section 501(a) of this order with respect to NDER operations in such agency. (d) The head of each agency with an NDER unit may exercise the authority under section 703 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2153, to employ civilian personnel when activating all or a part of its NDER unit. The exercise of this authority shall be subject to the provisions of sections 501(e) and (f) of this order and shall not be redelegated. (e) The head of an agency may activate an NDER unit, in whole or in part, upon the written determination of the Secretary of Homeland Security that an emergency affecting the national defense exists and that the activation of the unit is necessary to carry out the emergency program functions of the agency. (f) Prior to activating the NDER unit, the head of the agency shall notify, in writing, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism of the impending activation. Sec. 502. Consultants. The head of each agency otherwise delegated functions under this order is delegated the authority of the President under sections 710(b) and (c) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(b), (c), to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation and to employ experts, consultants, or organizations. The authority delegated by this section may not be redelegated. PART VI - LABOR REQUIREMENTS Sec. 601. Secretary of Labor. (a) The Secretary of Labor, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of other agencies, as deemed appropriate by the Secretary of Labor, shall: (1) collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal of the Nation's workforce needs for purposes of national defense; (2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services; (3) upon request from the head of an agency with authority under this order, consult with that agency with respect to: (i) the effect of contemplated actions on labor demand and utilization; (ii) the relation of labor demand to materials and facilities requirements; and (iii) such other matters as will assist in making the exercise of priority and allocations functions consistent with effective utilization and distribution of labor; (4) upon request from the head of an agency with authority under this order: (i) formulate plans, programs, and policies for meeting the labor requirements of actions to be taken for national defense purposes; and (ii) estimate training needs to help address national defense requirements and promote necessary and appropriate training programs; and (5) develop and implement an effective labor management relations policy to support the activities and programs under this order, with the cooperation of other agencies as deemed appropriate by the Secretary of Labor, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, the National Mediation Board, and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. (b) All agencies shall cooperate with the Secretary of Labor, upon request, for the purposes of this section, to the extent permitted by law. PART VII - DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT COMMITTEE Sec. 701. The Defense Production Act Committee. (a) The Defense Production Act Committee (Committee) shall be composed of the following members, in accordance with section 722(b) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2171(b): (1) The Secretary of State; (2) The Secretary of the Treasury; (3) The Secretary of Defense; (4) The Attorney General; (5) The Secretary of the Interior; (6) The Secretary of Agriculture; (7) The Secretary of Commerce; (8) The Secretary of Labor; (9) The Secretary of Health and Human Services; (10) The Secretary of Transportation; (11) The Secretary of Energy; (12) The Secretary of Homeland Security; (13) The Director of National Intelligence; (14) The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency; (15) The Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers; (16) The Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration; and (17) The Administrator of General Services. (b) The Director of OMB and the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall be invited to participate in all Committee meetings and activities in an advisory role. The Chairperson, as designated by the President pursuant to section 722 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2171, may invite the heads of other agencies or offices to participate in Committee meetings and activities in an advisory role, as appropriate. Sec. 702. Offsets. The Secretary of Commerce shall prepare and submit to the Congress the annual report required by section 723 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2172, in consultation with the Secretaries of State, the Treasury, Defense, and Labor, the United States Trade Representative, the Director of National Intelligence, and the heads of other agencies as appropriate. The heads of agencies shall provide the Secretary of Commerce with such information as may be necessary for the effective performance of this function. PART VIII - GENERAL PROVISIONS Sec. 801. Definitions. In addition to the definitions in section 702 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2152, the following definitions apply throughout this order: (a) "Civil transportation" includes movement of persons and property by all modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports, services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop and repair facilities. "Civil transportation" also shall include direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity regardless of ownership. "Civil transportation" shall not include transportation owned or controlled by the Department of Defense, use of petroleum and gas pipelines, and coal slurry pipelines used only to supply energy production facilities directly. (b) "Energy" means all forms of energy including petroleum, gas (both natural and manufactured), electricity, solid fuels (including all forms of coal, coke, coal chemicals, coal liquification, and coal gasification), solar, wind, other types of renewable energy, atomic energy, and the production, conservation, use, control, and distribution (including pipelines) of all of these forms of energy. (c) "Farm equipment" means equipment, machinery, and repair parts manufactured for use on farms in connection with the production or preparation for market use of food resources. (d) "Fertilizer" means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient. (e) "Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. "Food resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product. (f) "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer (excluding transportation thereof). (g) "Functions" include powers, duties, authority, responsibilities, and discretion. (h) "Head of each agency engaged in procurement for the national defense" means the heads of the Departments of State, Justice, the Interior, and Homeland Security, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the General Services Administration, and all other agencies with authority delegated under section 201 of this order. (i) "Health resources" means drugs, biological products, medical devices, materials, facilities, health supplies, services and equipment required to diagnose, mitigate or prevent the impairment of, improve, treat, cure, or restore the physical or mental health conditions of the population. (j) "National defense" means programs for military and energy production or construction, military or critical infrastructure assistance to any foreign nation, homeland security, stockpiling, space, and any directly related activity. Such term includes emergency preparedness activities conducted pursuant to title VI of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5195 et seq., and critical infrastructure protection and restoration. (k) "Offsets" means compensation practices required as a condition of purchase in either government to government or commercial sales of defense articles and/or defense services as defined by the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751 et seq., and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. 120.1 130.17. (l) "Special priorities assistance" means action by resource departments to assist with expediting deliveries, placing rated orders, locating suppliers, resolving production or delivery conflicts between various rated orders, addressing problems that arise in the fulfillment of a rated order or other action authorized by a delegated agency, and determining the validity of rated orders. (m) "Strategic and critical materials" means materials (including energy) that (1) would be needed to supply the military, industrial, and essential civilian needs of the United States during a national emergency, and (2) are not found or produced in the United States in sufficient quantities to meet such need and are vulnerable to the termination or reduction of the availability of the material. (n) "Water resources" means all usable water, from all sources, within the jurisdiction of the United States, that can be managed, controlled, and allocated to meet emergency requirements, except "water resources" does not include usable water that qualifies as "food resources." Sec. 802. General. (a) Except as otherwise provided in section 802(c) of this order, the authorities vested in the President by title VII of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2151 et seq., are delegated to the head of each agency in carrying out the delegated authorities under the Act and this order, by the Secretary of Labor in carrying out part VI of this order, and by the Secretary of the Treasury in exercising the functions assigned in Executive Order 11858, as amended. (b) The authorities that may be exercised and performed pursuant to section 802(a) of this order shall include: (1) the power to redelegate authorities, and to authorize the successive redelegation of authorities to agencies, officers, and employees of the Government; and (2) the power of subpoena under section 705 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2155, with respect to (i) authorities delegated in parts II, III, and section 702 of this order, and (ii) the functions assigned to the Secretary of the Treasury in Executive Order 11858, as amended, provided that the subpoena power referenced in subsections (i) and (ii) shall be utilized only after the scope and purpose of the investigation, inspection, or inquiry to which the subpoena relates have been defined either by the appropriate officer identified in section 802(a) of this order or by such other person or persons as the officer shall designate. (c) Excluded from the authorities delegated by section 802(a) of this order are authorities delegated by parts IV and V of this order, authorities in section 721 and 722 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2170 2171, and the authority with respect to fixing compensation under section 703 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2153. Sec. 803. Authority. (a) Executive Order 12919 of June 3, 1994, and sections 401(3) (4) of Executive Order 12656 of November 18, 1988, are revoked. All other previously issued orders, regulations, rulings, certificates, directives, and other actions relating to any function affected by this order shall remain in effect except as they are inconsistent with this order or are subsequently amended or revoked under proper authority. Nothing in this order shall affect the validity or force of anything done under previous delegations or other assignment of authority under the Act. (b) Nothing in this order shall affect the authorities assigned under Executive Order 11858 of May 7, 1975, as amended, except as provided in section 802 of this order. (c) Nothing in this order shall affect the authorities assigned under Executive Order 12472 of April 3, 1984, as amended. Sec. 804. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect functions of the Director of OMB relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals. (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. (c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person. Does this make anyone else a little nervous?

I was reading a different blog one of the few that I actually subcribe to and came across a posting from awhile back earlier this year and was very surprised by what I read, I therefore went and looked at the offical website of the White House and read this whole thing for myself just to be sure that it was there. If you log onto the site and look under the listings on the tab that says Breifing room you will see in smaller print a listing for executive orders, if you click on that you will see on the right hand siden of the page archives if you then click on March 2012 you will find an executive order for National Defense Resources Preparedness. Give that a read and see what kind of very suspicious activities the current administration is up to, does this bring memories of past regimes to mind? Is it really correct for the President to invest that much power in the hands of one man I.E. the Secretary of Homeland Security? If it is and if they are allowed to enact these little underhanded schemes without some measure of control being set upon them than DEMOCRACY is truly at an end. To my own mind this conjures up images of Hitler/Goering or Lennin/Stallin or perhaps So Damn Insane and his sons? I said awhile back that the President was trying to concieve a way to decree marshall law so that the coming election would not take place. Many of you probably laughed and said yhea right well after reading this maybe your eyes will open a bit as to what is really happening in Washington D.C., isnt it about time that the American People regained control of our own destinies? Is'nt it about time to vote someone into office that is not a member of or controlled by the elite power brokers? this little and I do mean LITTLE group of men has been running the country for a very long time because they have been running the Presidents for a very long time. As you can see the fruits of their labors are reaching the stances they have striven for now, the rich get richer the poor get poorer and the middle class has been obliterated you are either with them or against them no middle ground left. I am sure that once the Supreme Court tosses out his health care plan on the very real grounds that it is unconstitutional to begin with the President will have a secret tantrum and release some new executive order perhaps abolishing the Supreme Court that would not surprise me in the least, he has been given that taste of power and as they say power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely he has tasted it and wants to keep it and the Republican Party has not put forth a Candidate that can remove him at least not to my own opinion anyway. I fear for the future of this country and the direction it is heading, a huge government controlled beast with the reigns being held by the elite few out to serve their own private agendas, unemployment continues to spiral out of control, the countrys infrastructure continues to crumble and erode, the economy has swirled away down a giant toilet bowl while the President and his esteemed opponent argue over IMMIGRATION really? If they are here legaly god bless them welcome to America buddy, if they are here Illegaly than boot their sorry asses back to where they came from end of debate. Start paying attention to issues that are important you political ball sacks stop worrying about irrelevant bullshit, oh I forgot it was the Hispanic vote that put the President in the White House in 2008 and they bboth are trying to get that same vote now. Well I am uncertain what the future will bring all I am certain of is it will be pretty fucking bleak, Iwould say have a great day and a better tomorrow but I am not sure that will be possible very soon however I will say remember always that "Chance Favors the Prepared Mind." I am more concerned with real world events that are occuring even now as I type, insane weather for instance the huge numbers of extremely powerful tornadoes over the past couple of years, the increased frequency of very strong category three and greater hurricanes. I have seen baseball and softball sized hail right here at home in Nebraska this year not very nice to windsheilds and other windows and such by the way, the increasing frequency of ever stronger earthquakes world wide and the increased activity of volcanoes both here and other places even those thought to be dormant are making their presence known as of late. Couple this with the gradualy increased melting of the glacial ice and the polar ice caps Alaska's perma frost starting to melt, all of these events make me wonder what will the future bring or will their be one at all? What kind of world are we leaving for our children to inherit from us? All the detractors claiming that global warming does'nt exist it's a myth well the earth itself has warmed 1.4 degrees which is pretty damn significant in the overall scope of things, we have no technology in existence at present to reverse the process that we are responsible for setting in motion. No Captain Kirk and Mr Spock to save the day by bringing back hump back whales now, I started thinking about this earlier after getting my kids report cards from the school my son made the honor roll and received many ribbons from his exploits on the school track team my daughter was one C away from being an honor roll student that class being ancient civilizations which was world history back in my day. I asked her about it which netted me the answer that both the class and the teacher were boring, I cant really argue that point as I found it boring as well but she still passed it and thats good enough for me and she also garnered a few ribbons for track and such. The point I am getting at is this I am sure many of you have children who are as equally intelligent as mine, I am sure that many of you have a fifteen year old son and thirteen year old daughter that have already made plans for college and beyond both of mine fully intend to wear husker red in the coming years and I have little doubt that they will. What makes me nervous is what kind of world will they have through college and beyond? with all the crap going on in nature and mankinds pencant for self destruction will they have a world worth living on by than? People are suddenly into going green and saving the world ecology and thats all good however are we too late for such actions to even matter? The atmosphere is screwed now thanks to all the pollutants that we as a people have spewed into it, the ever decreasing fresh water supply becomes more tainted as it recedes and strange fissures open in the earth at strange points filling with salt water though many miles from the nearest coastline. I am still hopeful for a future that will be run by our children as they are our true gifts however I still worry about what kind of world we are giving to them as they grow into adulthood.

And so it begins

I have now discovered that being as the United States Government wants to protect us from financial fraud they are putting new regulations in place on all the on line payment processors effectively making them unable to do much of anything for perhaps as long a time frame as a year, basicaly this means that any cash that you have built up in these accounts I.E. Paypal, Payza(formerly Alertpay), Solid Trust Pay and the list goes on has been effectively frozen out with you having no access to these funds. No longer at present can you withdraw funds, deposit funds, or make payments to merchants and such from your account balances, so for those of us who have been able to make a little money online here and there we have been screwed yet again by the greedy power brokers in Washington. I understand the basic desire to protect the citezenry of our country I really do however what the fuck does protecting us have to do with denying us access to money that we busted our asses to earn?, I believe this to be yet another attack by the social elite that want to keep there little club exclusive and do not want us common folks entering that picture. The United States Government for a very long time has been run by the mega wealthy power brokers and large business conglomerates, they make sure that the person elected as president is someone they can easily control and manipulate to achieve their ends. The socialist program of Obama Care is a prime example of this, forcing everyone to have health insurance or have to pay higher taxes if you do not really? Who benefits from this the Insurance Companies one of the Big Business Conglomerates that happen to have the current President in their pocket. Now they are denying American citizens access to money that they earned why simply to make everyone use their CREDIT CARDS to pay for there online ventures, what does this accomplish making the several credit card companies very wealthy yet another Big Business Conglomerate heard from while we the average american citizen are once again screwed. Having to use the Credit Cards even though you have money in these accounts that has been made unaccessible makes us have to increase our personal debt while at the same time bailing the Credit Card Companies out of debt so there financial status climbs while ours drop off. ENOUGH already when will people wake the fuck up and realize that our Government has become a giant corrupt monster spewing toxcins down on the masses under the premise of protecting us from harm, how can they protect us from harm when they are the one harming us will wonders never cease

I saw something that one of my friends posted to my facebook wall and it got me to thinking about my dad and all the many things that he accomplished and taught me in my life, though he passed away in 1990 I can still hear his voice when things are quiet around me, you see my dad was a sniper in the 5th United States Army during the Second world War they were the men who were Island Hopping ahead of the Marines back than. I did some studying awhile back and discovered that while my dad was on the ground I also had a great U&ncle Charles who was an Army Fighter Pilot during the Paciffic war. My Grandfather Donald was a soldier during the First World War and I have found from tracing my ancestory that we Fergusons have been involved in wars throught the history of our time in America and before that as well, most all of us my brother included were in the Army I had to be different and join the Navy. I can remember my dad when I was back home for RAP duty after all my training and being gone for a year plus telling me that my uniform made me look a bus driver he never was one to keep things bottled up and with my dad you always knew exactly where you stood at any given moment. He was the kind of man that if you did'nt want to know something do not ask him because he let fly and shot with both barrels consequences be damned, my buddy Rod one time came in and asked my dad how he was feeling before heading down stairs and got to find out first hand that you should not ask some people certain questions because they will tell you unabridged exactly how they are feeling in that instance the answer was and I quote " I feel like shit and I dont give a fuck about it" Rod was somewhat surprised to me that was the essence of my dad's charm and I loved and respected that man more than I could ever put into words, I am certain that is why I have grown up to be the self reliant hard headed stubborn asshole that I am and to me that is a good thing and a good way to be. So to my father whom I miss and my mother whom I miss also and to all of the men and women who have served or currently are serving our country and have paid or are willing to pay the ultimate price for our way of life. This does not exist? REALLY??????

It never ceases to amaze me that our government will make every effort to hide things and cover things up supposedly for the peoples own good, I was just on Google Earth and looking at the satellite images of GROOM LAKE,NV for those who are unaware this is the location of AREA 51. The immense size of this installation is staggering and the satellite pictures clearly show at least two what appear to be 727's in one taxi area off the main runway and a smaller probably cargo jet in a different taxi area, if you move a tad north of these planes you will find two helicopters sitting out in plain site and a little north of that away from everything else a small area with several buildings on it as well. There is also a very big very long system of runways that extend out through the dry lake bed and quite interesting to me a section of this runway system is marked with some large very visible yellow x's, couple that with the vast amount of hangars and other buildings that populate this installation in the middle of fucking nowhere and is it any wonder that the conspiracy theory people go nuts about it as well as the UFO people who claim that the government is doing reverse engineering of ALIEN TECHNOLOGY there. I dont know or care to speculate on that without some real evidence to back it, however it would be at least nice of the Government to acknowledge that the base is there and exists instead of denying it's existence completely. Some things may be better left as secret from the general public and that could include whatever weird things are being done in the Nevada Desert who am I to judge, however the steadfast government stance that it does not exist needs to stop and soon. If you climb Teekapoo peak which is about 26 miles east of the installation to get a look you will be treated with an airshow of fighter jets and helicopters while you are up there though they must not exist either being as their base does'nt, if you try to approach it by walking across the desert well there is a vast array of motion and sound sensors that will call forth security forces to ncome and intercept you and tell you in no uncertain terms to "get the fuck out of here and do not return" oh I forgot they dont exist either that is if you believe the Government. Also the airspace over this non existent installation is restrcted god forbid you or anyone else see something that does'nt exist as your plane is escorted away by non existant fighter jets from this huge non existant base, so if the government wants to ease some of the pressure on these events and others such as the daily flights frtom the Las Vegas airport that fly those select few who work there out every day, oh no I forgot these people and unmarked planes do not exist and do not fly out of Vegas every day, and the pictures that people have taken of these planes are all photo shopped that is if you want to believe the government. If you have any doubts about the existance of this installation log on to Google Earth and do a search of GROOM LAKE,NV than you too can take a peek at something that does'nt exist. When did Insurance become Inter State Commerce?

I like most others have been following the Supreme Court hearings on OBAMACARE which is more apptly name OBAMA ass reams the general population without lubricant or the decency of a reach around(thanks Gunny Ermy for that line). I really would like to know however when did forced health insurance become Inter State Commerce? that is what the administrations lawyers are trying to claim protection under anyway, and also who in the fuck suddenly gave congress or the government for that matter the power to tell us that we have to buy health insurance anyway? I have always said that you cannot force a dumbass to be intelligent and that is what they are trying to do, I have Health Insurance because I have two kids and it seemed like the intelligent decision to make at the time and I am happy that I made it. Now Congress and the current Administration want to force everyone to have insurance or suffer the penalties of having taxes levied on you for non compliance? Really I wonder how much money flaoted into Barrack Obama's pockets from the Insurance Companies to pass this obamaCare abomination into law? Must have been a good sum I would think to make him forget that one of his Campaign promises dealt with not raising taxes well that like most of his other bullshit promises went by the wayside long ago the only problem is that the current cluster fuck of Republican candidates are'nt any better and some are probably worse. I will go and vote when the time comes though I may exercise my rights as an American Citizen to write my own name in space provided as I cannot in good concious vote for the current President or whatever ass clown wins the Republican Nomination none of them are worth a shit anyway. Also going back to that when did the Internal Revenue Service become Bill Collectors? that is in effect what is happening should that moronic law stay as it is the I R S would become bill collectors for those who are non compliant. Well I think it is time that we the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA took our country back from the elitest ass holes that run the government at present enough is enough for christ sake. It is a sad day when the President of the United States is in the pocket of Big Business and the Insurance Companies. Did anyone else catch that clip of him talking "SECRETLY" to the out going Russian President the other day? the man really needs to learn to shut his mic off when he's done that has happened to him several times in the last year. Never thought I would make it this far.

Wow I am actually 50 today, when I was younger and wilder I never thought that I would attain this age figured I would have kicked off long before now. Getting married and having kids was a saving grace for me and thats a certainty, I am still alive and kickingh and watching my two monsters grow up into soon to be young adulthood, I am very proud of them both for all those things they do and accomplish everyday and love them more than life itself. I also am blessed with a wonderful beautiful woman who has been my soulmate and my friend for the last 16 years I love you Karie and I always will.

Man what a beautiful day this is though it's a little overcast it is still in the mid 70's and I am loving it for damn sure, time to break out the charcoal and the grill and get busy I would say sounds like a great idea to me at least. I was watching a couple of robins squabble over a scrap of something out in the yard and then noticed BALLS MAHONEY was also watching them, Balls is my old tomcat if you saw him you would understand why I named him that years ago. These birds were not more than ten feet away from him and he made zero effort to get them, I guess at 8 years old cats would rather hunt for the food dish than hunt for a bird or something. Life here just seems to improve with each passing day as of late and I am very pleased with that, I hope that everyone else is having as great of a year as my family and myself are so far. And the ground KEEPS ON SHAKING

Wow I just realized that I have'nt made a post on here for awhile now and figured that it was about time to do so, I think what drove me here today was something I found on you tube there was appearently a mag 3.4 quake in West Virginia that has mysteriously been removed from the usgs site"Not the first time this has happened by the way", and the guy I got it from was trying to find the coordinates for the quake and wondering if anybody had them. I went on to take a look and now am somewhat confused as to why that quake would be removed while a mag 3.9 quake in Virginia was not removed who can say stranger things have happened i would guess, makes me wonder if the 3.4 in West Virginia maybe was due to blasting underground in one of the many coal mines that litter that area and not a natural quake? I believe that the USGS does remove man made events from there site wishing only to show the natural events this is probably an instance of that occurence. However while on the site I noticed several small tremblers along the NMSZ which is nothing unusual and none of them were what I would consider to be extraordinary events, then I noticed that there was a mag 2.9 quake in sout eastern Maine when was the last time that Maine even had an earthquake? I think I will have to investigate that further and get back to you on it I do not recall having ever seen an earthquake up there in my nearly 50 myears on this earth.
